Our gym has grown organically from one man’s passion to bring high intensity training to older athletes. Our team is a group of like-minded individuals who are ready to motivate and inspire you to experience the ultimate workout. Each of our fitness instructors has received extensive training in our signature RX5 workout, which combines CrossFit with yoga and pilates movements to condition your muscles and joints for hitting peak levels of high intensity training.
