How do you get started with ClubRX?

What do I need to know to begin?

You just need to bring the right mindset and be determined to achieve levels of fitness and health you may not have experienced in a few years or even decades. We take care of the rest.

We won’t lie. The type of transformation that we promise does not come easy. We’re going to work you hard and expect you to keep up. We’re going to supply you with the absolute best guidance on fitness, nutrition and supplements to maximize your performance.

Our workout leverages the most effective techniques from multiple areas of fitness, including functional training, yoga, Pilates, physical therapy and high-intensity interval training. If you have already participated in bootcamps, CrossFit or yoga you will likely recognize many of our moves. Do I have to be a particular age to join ClubRX?

You are never too old or too young to transform your body and mind. Our members have ranged from the age of 31 all the way to 82 years old. Most of our members join us in their 50s and 60s.

Do I have to be fit already to join ClubRX?

Not at all. We work with people of all fitness levels. Many of our members had not worked out in decades before joining. All you need is the will to work hard and the determination to see transformative results. See our section on Zero to Fit for more.

What if I’m already fit and just want to stay in the best shape of my life?

Experienced athletes are welcome to direct their own path at ClubRX. Drop in on fitness classes, take advantage of our nutrition tools and meal plans to hone your own performance. We give you the tools – you use them as you see fit.
