How much does it cost to attend?


The High Intensity Training Workshop is absolutely free to attend. We believe that everyone deserves to experience their best mind, their best body, and their best health. We're happy to share our knowledge with you, at absolutely no obligation.

Is there a dress code?


Dress the same way you would dress to go to a gym or go for a brisk walk. The second half of the workshop will be an introductory high intensity training workout, so be prepared to participate if you want to join in and learn some insider techniques.

Can I bring a friend or spouse?


Absolutely! We encourage you to spread the word and bring your wife, spouse, or friend. Learning together is the best way to reinforce new habits and help each other stay motivated to achieve your health goals.
