AN RX FOR EVERYONE

Our cross-training classes cater to all fitness levels, whether you’re an accomplished athlete or just getting started working out. Each RX class is designed to improve your body, increase your metabolic conditioning and help you progress to the next level.

RX1

Learn functional movements and work on your form and technique in this engaging introductory class. You'll improve your balance, core strength and flexibility while slowly ramping up your cardiovascular fitness in short bursts of high intensity training under careful supervision.

RX2

We take up the intensity in our level 2 classes, increasing the duration of the high intensity training and reducing the amount of rest time. The emphasis remains on perfecting your technique and steadily improving balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

RX3

This class is for experienced athletes who have already mastered technique and are ready to advance to the next level in high intensity training. We increase the resistance, blending strength and power into the cardiovascular workouts for a workout that is second to none.

INTRO TO RX

For members just learning functional movements. Intro to RX is a 90-minute session with a personal trainer who walks you through the movements and poses we’ll use in our cross-training program. New to working out in a group setting? This is a great way to learn the ropes.

RX NEWBIE

First time working out? In this pre-workout session we will assess your cardio response to exercise before starting the cross-training program. Perfect for members with diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, or if you've never worked out before. We will work with you to coordinate a stress test and determine which RX is best for your current level of fitness.
